This paper is a group project for Health Information Management major, “Ethics in Healthcare Administrations” class. We are assigned to write about the challenges and benefits of insured people from an ethical perspective and the following are the requirements for this paper.
Write and submit a minimum of a 6-page report (not including cover and references) discussing dynamics, challenges, as well as benefits and solutions to the Affordable Care Act from the perspective of the an insured.
You must use supporting research, data and facts to support your ideas and theories, don’t just state what you think- defend why it would work from your perspective (insured) with references.

Objectives to be included in the paper:
1. Evaluate the culture/dynamic/ attributes of your assigned topic (insured perspective)
2. Assess how cultural issues affect health, access, healthcare quality, cost, and HIM within your assigned group
3. Understand and discuss the healthcare challenges related to ACA access and overall concern from that insured perspective
4. Understand and discuss the benefits of the ACA from the insured perspective
5. Determine what would be programs and policies that you would create to support the implementation of an ACA while meeting the needs and concerns of your group. From your perspective (insured) how can you meet the needs and make it better?
6. Determine and identify policies and procedures to monitor abuse, mismanagement and fraudulent trends from the perspective of insured. How will they be implemented?
